  • Salary and allowance of Chief Minister and COM is granted from Public Accounts Fund of India.
  • CM is the real executive head of the state.
  • Governor is the nominal head of the sate.
  • All executive decisions are made in the name of Governor.
  • CM is the architect of the state government.
  • Chief is the chairman of the State Planning Board.
  • CM is the chief spoke person of the state government.
  • CM is the leader of the majority party in the State Legislative Assembly
  • CM is the chairman of state council of Ministers
  • CM is the member of the Inter-state council and NITI Ayog and was the member of National Development Council
